She worked for Cushman and Wakefield, and specialized in Apartment Complexes and Self Storage, however; she worked with all property types from Office Buildings to Shopping Plazas and Hotels. Prior to Cushman and Wakefield, she worked in a high volume residential appraisal firm, specializing in single family residential, condominiums and duplexes. Now she takes a holistic approach to her clients. and treats each of her clients as she would a close personal friend. She is an expert with valuations, market data, while understanding that each client and transactions has a unique emotional complexity. She will tailor her approach to each individual client and their needs.
