Most of my business came from established real estate professionals in the area. Through most of the 90s I solely focused on structuring contracts and financing. Towards the late 90s a number of my referral partners either retired or were strongly encouraged to use their "in house" financing. In 1999, I decided to obtain my real estate license and focus on consumers directly without relying other real estate professionals to build my business. After all 90% of the challenges of the real estate contract revolve around the structure and financing. Since that is my core strength, I assist home buyers in structuring their financing and negotiation strategies to purchase properties.
